OUR TECHNOLOGIES

Our secret treasure, which only our partners can enjoy… We reveal our secrets…

THE PROFESSIONAL PART FOLLOWS, WHERE LANGUAGE CAN HARDER TO UNDERSTAND, BUT HERE THE USE OF EXACT DEFINITIONS IS IMPORTANT

At the design of waste management technology, one of our main concerns is the clearer separation of waste components so that we can get good quality reusable materials of the same element. That’s why next to machines we also work with manually.

The handling of waste that can not be manually disassembled is carried out using high-performance crushing and grinding equipment. Crushed, shredded waste depending on its quality and composition it is sorted using magnetic and electrostatic separators and innovative technology for greater efficiency.

I WILL SHOW YOU

What does the process look like?

After the waste has been collected, the transport vehicle is unloadeded.
In-house material handling is carried out with forklift and pallet truck. On receipt, the first thing to do with waste is weighing with two scales verified to measure up to 2000 kg each, and bridge scales. Following the weighing of the delivered material, the classification of waste by product group is done. The following product groups can be distinguished: large household appliances (eg refrigerators); small household appliances; consumer devices; IT equipment and telecommunications equipment; lighting equipment; electric and electronic tools; monitoring and control devices; games; dispensing machines; medical equipment and broken electronic components.

Now comes one of the most important parts

ANOTHER SMALL INSIGHT

It is important to separate the hazardous and non-hazardous waste. Firstly, batteries, fluorescent lamps, ink cartridges and batteries are sorted out and placed in a hazardous waste bin. The container is designed to not endanger the environment and health.
The hazardous waste is stored in containers, crates or bags in accordance with the waste properties and storage regulations.
After sorting, follows classification of pre-treated hazardous and non-hazardous waste by processability. Then…
